St. Croix Valley Hobby Farm

We built SCV Hobby Farm to bring joy and happiness into our hearts and hopefully all of yours. Hope to see you here!

In 2016 we found the St Croix Valley and absolutely fell in love with the community and the area. My husband grew up in Holcombe WI and Myself around the metro. After moving around the nation ten times, five states and three daughters later, We bought a home in Osceola in the lotus lake area.

May 2022 while Andy was away in WV right at bedtime, a fire started in the basement and destroyed our home within minutes. We are so blessed our children, myslef, our sweet Archer and Rosie (Cavapoos) made it out with minor injuries. However we did lose some amazing smaller pets that we would love to pay tribute to with the new farm.

After seventeen long years of our father/husband working on the road, Andy was unable to get on that plane anymore or drive out of state out of fear that anything else may happen while he’s so far away. We had a very difficult, scary, exciting at times decision to make. So we decided to take a leap of faith, believe in ourselves and plant some roots deeper in this community.

I brought my family to visit on opening weekend and it was a blast! Beautifully built barn with so much more to come! Owners are amazing, really nice down to earth family who are trying to make the best out of a bad situation, where their house burned down. They have overcame and brought a wonderful attraction to the community and are willing to share with us. My kids loved it, I loved it, the animals loved it. What else can you even ask for. Can't wait to see it grow!
